At Nightflare we know every wedding is different, so your requirements might extend beyond what is outlined in the packages below. We are happy to talk about extra coverage, extra days, travel, or what ever else we can do to customize and serve your needs. Just drop us a line!

All edited deliverables will be hosted for download on Dropbox and fully sharable/embeddable via Vimeo.

Poetic Package - $2500

Just the best bits.

Coverage:

  • 1 full day (up to 8 hours) from getting ready to the dance floor.

  • 1 videographer

Deliverables:

Cinematic Package - $3500

Multiple angles, all the feels.

Coverage:

  • 1 full day (up to 10 hours) from getting ready to the dance floor.

  • 2 videographers

Deliverables:

  • Social teaser trailer (30 sec - 1 minute)

  • Highlight Montage (4-6 minutes)

  • Sequential edit of ceremony and reception events (~1-2 hours)

Editorial Package - $5000

Big day, bigger picture.

Coverage:

  • Couple interview (1 hour video interview conducted before or after wedding day)

  • Wedding party and guest interviews (2-3 short interviews on the day, you specify who)

  • 1 full day (up to 10 hours) from getting ready to when the lights go out.

  • 2 videographers

Deliverables:

  • Social teaser trailer (30 sec - 1 minute)

  • Documentary style highlight montage, including interview footage (6-10 minutes)

  • Sequential edit of ceremony and reception events (~1-2 hours)

  • Raw footage (all raw footage captured on the day, delivered on a USB stick)

Ala Carte additions:

  • Same day edit (2-4 minute highlight montage to be projected during reception) - $500

  • Expedited delivery (3 day turnaround on social trailer, 2 week turnaround on highlight montage and sequential edit, 3 week for Documentary style highlight) - $400

  • Cinemagraph session (1/2 hour dedicated on day of wedding with props, 3-5 final cinemagraphs) - $500

  • Raw footage (all raw footage captured on the day, delivered on a USB stick) - $150
